Patti Stevens
Patti Stevens MSc. founded Coaching Supervision Consultancy Ltd (CSC Ltd) in 2004 to meet the professional supervision needs of practitioners in coaching, leadership, consultancy, and people development. With over four decades of experience in coaching, therapy, and supervision across both private and public sectors, Patti has worked with academic institutions and business schools, training supervisors and delivering supervision services.
A highly qualified professional in the helping fields, Patti has contributed to the design and delivery of coaching and supervision qualifications at Certificate, Diploma, Master’s, and Doctoral levels, developing a wealth of knowledge and experience in her profession. Additionally, she created the Coaching Signatures Profile® (CSP) 2nd Edition, a unique tool for supervisors, which can be used within organisations or independently. A shorter version of the profile is also available to support coach development.
