Step 1: The Navigator
The very first step in your journey is discovering who you are.
We help you delve deep into understanding yourself at your core with a comprehensive Insights Discovery® Profile - unparalleled in its depth and precision. We then guide you through your Personal Profile, exploring every element and teach you how to interpret this profile through practical workshops and transformative coaching. All of this helps us break down the why, how and what of you as a professional. This is a 12-week programme, allowing you time to do the inner work so you can thrive on the outside and unlock your true potential.
Step 2: The Pioneer
Now you’ve started work from the inside out, it’s time to start building.
The Pioneer builds on The Navigator programme, exploring how to take your untapped talent and use it to propel your career to the next level. You’ll build the mindset and skills to manage your career effectively, conquer your workload, negotiate for success, and build powerful relationships that will accelerate your growth. To lead others, you need to first lead your own professional development. We help you become an unstoppable pioneer for yourself and pave the way to the next step - being a pioneer for others.
Step 3: The Liberator
